Vendor Sponsorships are:


  • $5,000 to fully sponsor the opening banquet
  • $1,500 to fully sponsor one breakfast
  • $2,500 to sponsor the wine and cheese reception prior to the banquet
  • $4,500 to sponsor Monday's luncheon at Beaver Stadium's Letterman's Club Lounge
  • $1,500 to sponsor the School Swap reception in the exhibit hall
  • $1,200 to sponsor the box lunches for delegates on departure
  • Delegate bags : Put your name/corporate logo on these highly visible bags given to every registered attendee
