The Pennsylvania State University is proud to host the Big Ten/Midwestern Universities Transportation & Parking Conference. We have been busy designing a dynamic and stimulating experience for all participants. The Conference will be held Sunday-Tuesday, May 11-13, 2008 on the Penn State campus in beautiful central Pennsylvania. Meeting Registration
The registration fee for this year’s conference is $225 before March 11, 2008, which includes five meals, meeting rooms, and materials. Please register for the conference soon to secure an early registration discount. Vendors are also welcome to register for the conference. The final registration deadline is April 11, 2008.
Hotel Reservations
A block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Nittany Lion Inn – a traditional, colonial hotel on the Penn State campus. The cost of a single room is $107.00/night. Hotel reservations can be made by calling 800-233-7505 or 814-865-8500, or e-mail at pshs@psu.edu.
Reservations should be made no later than April 11, 2008 to ensure availability. When calling for your hotel reservation, please indicate that you’re attending the Big Ten/Midwestern Universities Transportation & Parking Conference and provide the meeting code: “BIG0511”.
Vendor Registration
Vendors are welcome to register for the conference. The registration fee of $500 includes one conference registration, one vendor booth, and a quarter page ad in our conference booklet. Additional vendor registrations are $275. Contact us for more vendor sponsorship opportunities.
